Piccolo Packaging

I had a wonderful surprise today.

I saw some of my designs on the packaging of the new Piccolo Card Decor & More parts!

I love the Piccolo parts — and not just because some of them have photos of my work. They are a compressed chipboard that is both thinner and stronger than regular chipboard. And, they are cut with a laser so the images are much more intricate than those you might typically find out of chipboard. (This package is about the size of playing card and the card that is pictured is 4×6).

When covered with Piccolo Enamel Powders, the little parts can look like metal or enamel. It really is amazing. And fun. And I find it rather relaxing and exciting to watch the changes that occur under a heat gun. Pretty impressive in deed.

This particular kit is not up on the website yet, but the enamel powders and some larger card kits are online, here.

If you use the coupon code, TS25 and you will get 25% off. How cool is that?!

In the interest of full disclosure, I am on the Hobby Baby Design Team, a company owned by the owners of Globecraft Memories and Piccolo and I have received free product from them.

Piccolo Powders

Today is my first post for Hobby Baby!

Hobby Baby is an online store for Globecraft Memories, which is a Michigan-based company. I was invited to create some samples for them to use in a few shows: Michigan International Women’s Show and Great Lakes Mega Meet. They have a whole line of new products they are releasing at the shows and I have to admit, I am completely in love.

Here’s the card I featured in my first post:

Please hop on over to the Hobby Baby Blog to see how I made this.

And, I have been invited to share a special coupon with you, as well. Use code TS25 on the Globecraft Memories site to save 25%. Isn’t that great!?

I’m on the Hobby Baby Design Team

I have been waiting for a while now to share the news, but I finally have permission to make it public: I made the Hobby Baby Design Team!

I am so excited.

Hobby Baby is an online store that sells Globecraft Memories products, which I love.

Here are a few projects I made with them:

But I have many more ideas and I cannot wait to get started.

I love that Globecraft Memories is a Michigan-based company and I am excited to work with them and these innovative new products.
